Customers want to evaporate ethanol, what equipment can be recommended?
We can choose to rising film evaporator, wiped film evaporator, falling film evaporator, rotary evaporator. The rising film evaporator has high efficiency, and the size of the evaporator is smaller under the same processing capacity, which is conducive to saving space and improving efficiency. The solvent collection rate of wiped film evaporator is high, no waste, and sometimes even can be passed over again, so the speed is fast. Falling film evaporator usually has to be repeated twice, and there will be more waste and residues, need to be further removed by the decarboxylation process. The price of rotary evaporator is economical & affordable, 1L-100L wide capacity range can be freely selected, but the overall speed is slower compared with the first three types evaporators . If be used in laboratory or home, then rotary evaporator is recommended.
How is biomass put into the centrifugal extractor? In a bag?
The filter bag has a zipper, just put the biomass directly into the filter bag, and then put the filter bag directly into the extraction chamber. We provide filter bags.
How long does the ethanol centrifuge extraction cycle take?
The ethanol extraction cycle includes: entering ethanol --> low-speed rotating extraction --> high-speed rotating spin drying --> reclaiming. Most customers choose 30mins as the time for a batch of extraction. There are also customers who choose 40mins or 20mins. The longer the extraction time, the higher the yield of the extract. However, the lower the proportion of CBD in the extract, the processing difficulty and product purity of the back-end will of course be affected. The choice in the process is all up to you.
I want to know whether the entire molecular distillation system is looped, closed?
During the entire distillation process, the entire short path molecular distillation system is airtight, and the evaporation & condensation system and the material tank are separately airtight. Of course, the heavy-phase and light-phase discharge gear pumps can discharge while distilling, and you can even put a large bucket at the discharge port without affecting any system vacuum. Similarly, the gear pump between the material tank and the evaporation tower can also prevent the vacuum in the evaporation tower from being affected by the material tank when conveying materials. Therefore, you can also feed into the material feeding tank while distilling and continuously operate 24h/7days.
